Our candidates CV’s are carefully cherry-picked by their skillsets, experience and relevant certification(s). We require all candidates to provide two professional references. These references are thoroughly checked and verified. For the candidates whose construction employment requires particular certificates, are required to provide original copies that are verified, copied and returned. Original passports and visas are required and copies kept on file. Only once this process is complete can candidates be placed on our Construction Recruitment database.

KRS Recruitment Services conduct full checks on all candidates to ensure they are compliance ready for the temporary, contract or permanent position. Employers are increasingly using Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS) as a way to check workers have the correct qualifications for the job. All our candidates are required to provide the relevant CSCS cards. Clients can feel confident that their candidates have the necessary regulatory compliance.
